Your stories remind me of my own wanderings thru Calcutta’s Hogg Market……just minus the fortune telling disco bot! You’ve lived an amazing life & I imagine that one day you will share your sense of adventure with your beautiful girl Maddeline. I’m a father too…and love every moment I spend with my young son! My wife & I have been travelling with him since he was 2 months old. I am sure your wife Liz will be with you every step of the way! You are an amazing guy! Oh, and I love that Robot….that is my kind of “curio” to bring home. I’ve got a Llama fetus from Bolivia stashed away somewhere in my living room…..not quite as cool as your robot! I’m gonna get one! I bet Maddie loves it!
