liz and baby are still doing great.
doctor k. rogers says so.
so does the heart monitor.
i get the feeling that we may be here for a long time.
which is (of course) great news.
the hospital has room service with a gigantic menu.
liz just had a caesar salad.
she’s pretty happy.

Matt,
You and Madeline have been so much in my prayers. I think of you every single day and pray that you remain strong. I have loved following your blog. Admittedly, it is so hard for me to read so I can’t even begin to process how you are feeling. Steve and I have a little boy of our own (almost 17 months) and I know how exhausted I was and I had family around to help.
There are so many characterisitics that I hope Madeline has of Lizzie’s. THe pieces of Lizzard that I hope never dies is her energetic personality and effectious laugh.
I am excited for you as you begin to see little personality quirks that she gets from both of you. Please let me know when you are in town as I would love to see you and meet Madeline.
Much love and prayers!
Liv
