dr. nelson just visited.
she said baby is doing great.
so is liz.
dr. devore will be here tomorrow night to take some photos.
if baby is still a little small she may come out to play.
if not, she’ll stay inside.
liz will stay in the hospital.
on her left side.
sometimes on her right side.
things are returning to normal (well, as normal as 24 hrs. a day in a hospital can be).
grandma candee, grandpa tom g. and auntie deb are all heading home.
grandma broccoli is staying a little longer to help out.
i’m going back to work on tuesday.
i’ll only be 15 mins from the hospital (no traffic, 90 mph).

So happy that things are going well! Oh my goodness that is awesome news. Thank God, you’re where you are, and you are getting such good care and attention. Matt, thank you for keeping us posted!

We’re getting spoiled with you great updates, Matt. Thanks to Tom and you for passing this link on to us.
We’re glad that baby Madeline is accepting the womb as home for now and hope she can develope some more before joining us in the world outside. We’re also glad to hear that Liz is as comfortable as possible. I know you’re both feeling very attached to this little one – difficulties like this strengthen the bond.
We continue to pray for all of you including the grandparents-to-be.
