The peachfuzz, the sneeze video, the bumbo chair. Just awesome. My girls are 27 and 25, I miss all those things, well we didn’t have those chairs, but I know they would have loved them. Madeline is the cutest, I look forward to new pics/videos. Matt, you’re doing so well, I know there will be times in the future where there will be hard times, but I truly believe Liz will help you through each and every one of them and you will be that much stronger. Thank you for sharing your daughter, your wife, your good times, your rough times, your happiness and your grief with us. You have touched so many lives, and it looks like alot of people have been able to touch yours, even in the smallest way.

hi matt. hi maddster. love the videos ~ too friggen cute. she is precious & has the prettiest.eyes.ever.
matt, i’m not sure what you do ~ if you work in an office or what ~ but I know that going back to work will be good 4 u. believe me. it will be good to have deadlines & distractions & what not. I know it’s probably a scary step … to go back, to take her to daycare, etc. I remember waking up on the morning I had to go back to work after my boyfriend/soul mate committed suicide (about a wk or two later) and I was bawling. I told my mom , ‘I don’t want to go’. I can’t’. but it was amazing how every day was just a tiny bit better. watch out though. there will be things (little things) at work that will remind you of liz. I remember walking into my cube & seeing this little cheesy figurine thing from 7-11 on my computer that paul had given me. tears. phone msg that hadn’t been cleared. tears. BUT, time is a healer. I know that sounds cliche & cheesy, but so true. And you’re doing all the right things ~ esp embracing your grief & talking about it. that truly, truly helps.
anyhoo. I’m sorry for my rambles. I just wanted to post on this quiet sunday morning for some reason. I hope you read it & I hope you catch a little glimmer of hope from each person that leaves you a lil’ note of encouragement/advice/well-wishes.
