Catching up on you blog here… loved the 2nd attempt at solids video… as I’m watching it and giggling… my 2 year old Ellie comes over to watch too. I told her, this is Madeline and she’s learing to eat solid foods. Ellie looked at me and said, “me like her.” Don’t ya wish we all had the love and acceptance of a 2 year old?!

Couldn’t agree with you more on the Palin topic… scary scary thought… her running this country. ((shuddering))

Again, another comment (I haven’t had the net for a while and am just catching up). Sitting here crying my eyes out with the vid of you feeding her. It’s so natural to work your mouth…my mom kids me all the time that she can’t wait to watch me go through that with my daughter. We’ve all said it so many times before- Maddy has a damn great dad.

You never cease to amaze me. I was checking out your blog before I retired to bed and I am glad I did as I missed this one. And the video was adorable. Even though I am in the same boat with Sam, watching you document these milestones melts my heart. So stinkin’ sweet. You and Madeline make one hell of a team. Matt – what a wonderful entry and some wonderful videos. I loved the music to her eating cereal. What was that? Did I tell you already that because of you I bought that Wilco and Bill Bragg Mermaid Avenue? This is a huge step for me since I am pretty much a Justin Timberlake – Britney Spears gal with a little Pearl Jam mixed in to keep me grounded. And I love it.
