amazing. lovely blog, i have no idea i came on, i googled soomething and i ended up reading it. your girl is just beautiful just like her mother. seeing you take her to wonderful places and doing things that most parents wouldnt is fantastic. your a great man.

Hey you two!

Just saw you and Maddy on Oprah (yeah we’re behind) and thought how wonderful!!

Not going to go on with the cliche comments only to say that I feel them as well

I am a single mum of two boys and have been looking after them solo since they were little toddlers (oooh the nappies) – yes it’s overwhelming and daunting to think of the years ahead of hard work and even loneliness but hey, to get one of those wet sloppy kisses with an ‘I lub oo mummy’ – it’s bloody well worth it isn’t it?

Gonna book mark your page to keep up with yours and Maddy’s shenanigans.

I can smell something – I think she needs changing ha ha!

Hi Matt,

I broke up again with my boyfriend yesterday. This time, I think is for the last time. I was devastated. Very sad. It is probably a very very very selfish thing, but I feel better now after reading your blog (I think I randomly read Oprah.com and somewhat came across your blog). My loss is nothing(!) compare to your loss.

I was trying to convince my ex to stay with me for almost a year after our first break up. He has no strong feeling towards me (I think), but being a good guy (or maybe a jerk), he keeps being nice to me. False hope at my end, misinterpretation of kindness and friendliness.
Your love to Liz is now my benchmark; I won’t take anyone who loves me less than you love Liz.

I’m so sorry for the loss of your wife. I lost my son in February of 2008 and while our losses are different, when you say you miss her more every day, you love her more every day..I relate so much. You have a beautiful little girl and are an amazing dad. I wish you all the best.

hi matt and maddy.. i was so amaze when i read ur story..i just searching something about the wedding dress of nepali then i saw ur pic with liz.. curiosity came in and i saw ur blog i was so touch ur such a sweet father to maddy and a loving husband of liz,, so sad she didnt spend more time with maddy.. i know and i feel maddy is very preciouse to u.. and she will be very smart girl someday..ur a great father and i wish someday will meet u too.. im very proud of u matt..two tumbs up!!! good luck..god bless u always..
