it’s just a few days past madeline’s 15-month birthday, so it’s time for her head back to the doctor for a check-up.
so…while i continue working on answering your questions about my book, i have two for you.
when she visits the doctor today…
1. how much will madeline weigh?
2. how tall will madeline be?
a couple of hints:
at her one year check-up, she weighed 20 pounds, 9 ounces and was 28 7/8 inches tall

The weight is similar; Hadley is a little taller; Maddy definitely has more hair. I’m not sure Hadley is going to have much of any hair until she hits 2!
I hear you on the crying thing. Most of mine for Jim is done quietly in the car while she’s asleep or after she’s gone to bed. You’re doing a fantastic job with her; she seems to be extremely happy and she’s definitely loved. You guys are in my thoughts quite frequently. I’m often tempted to contact you as my own support group since we have some similarities of situation, but I think you may be in a better place and I would never want to shake the stability you’ve found for you and Maddy. Looking forward to reading and crying over your book.
