I just wanted to say how sorry am I to hear about your wife. I remember when Kim told me about it last summer. I had a hard time fighting back the tears, as that is not what Kim needed either. I am so glad that you two have each other to talk to, to help each other through. You, Maddy and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers!! I love the pictures of Maddy on your blog. It was not her daddy in her eyes. I think it would have been less traumatic if she watches you shave it off.
