Hi Matt, I have never commented here before but
I read your blog every day. This picture makes
my heart ache for you… I know Liz is so proud
of what you are doing and how you are raising
Maddy. What a wonderful life she is having with
all the traveling you do. I wish you nothing but the best in your future. Maddy is a beautiful little girl. I have 6 grandsons (no girls) and I
love each and every one of them! They bring me such joy. I am allowed to babysit three of them
everyday…. and yes sometimes it gets crazy but
I have had such wonderful experiences! God Bless you and Maddy! Linda Nana of 6
Having a preemie as well this photo brings up so much emotion for me. Once I start thinking of you and what you were going through at the time (and continue to live each day) it adds an extra punch. It is just such a powerful photo!
This photo takes me back to when I first started reading your blog. So sad to see some of these again, but such a reminder of how far the two of you have come.
She was so tiny!
I’ve read your blog from the very beginning, and this photo is difficult to see- but so real.
Many, many of us have cried with you, and endured the loss of Liz through your honesty and transparency.
I think this photo says so much without saying a word. I can only imagine what was going through your head hear, as the loss of Liz was so fresh.
Best to you Matt & Maddy.
