this was a
fun day.
you were tired,
and maybe just
a little unreasonable.
so i picked you
up and dropped
you into a
beanbag chair to
try to
make you laugh.
it worked.
you made me
do it like, 500 times.
so many times,
in fact,
that my back
started hurt.
that day reaffirmed
one thing…
you are a
lot of fun.
and that day
helped me
realize something else…
i am
an old,
old man.

It’s amazing how these little people make us feel so old!! My 2 kids (ages 4 and 1)confirm this for me everyday!! It looks like she is having a lot of fun….the two of you seem to have the best times together

Funny how kids make us feel that way hey! I think it has something to do with them sleeping 12 hours a day and being able to save their energy by having us tend to their every need!!!
