The younger of the two kids started crying before we even took off and kep crying on and off throughout the flight. I instantly thought of you and realized that I didn't know what this woman's story was and felt really bad for the fact that she was flying solo with two kids, obviously doing her best to keep them quiet. When I normally would have glared at her and rolled my eyes with the other passengers, I looked at her, and when she looked at me and mouthed "I'm so sorry" I told her "No worries. You're doing your best and you're doing a great job." Your story has made me more understanding of others. You just never know what someone is going through in life.
