Matt, you are doing one of the best things that you can do when your little one is growing up, and that is taking as many pics as you possibly can. I know that they are now, but as Maddy continues to grow up,,,these photos will be your most prized possession ever!!!! And the amazing places where you have taken her pics are priceless!! She is a doll baby in this picture, as she is in all of them!!

I know just the feeling. Even though they are the same person, and you love who are they becoming you always miss who they were. I sometimes really wish I could return to those days for just a few hours and hold my babies again.

I just finished reading the wonderful story of you and Liz and Madeline. I found myself crying on almost every page. Such love you have for Liz and Madeline. . . I know Maddy will grow up to be a loving, happy, and content child because you are her father, and you will tell her the story of her mother, and you surround her with love and family. i was just browsing through the book store and spotted the beautiful cover of an adorable baby and her dad. couldnt put the book down til i was finished. cried through most of it. i had hoped by the end of the book, you found another lucky lady to love and share your amazing life with. i am so happy for you and maddy.
