matt asked me to find a new theme… something minimalist.
we’ll be working on it a bit here tonight, so go easy on me.
sunday was quiet.
didn’t even step
foot outside the house.
which is a shame,
’cause it looked like a
gorgeous day.
held my baby
all day.
we had a diaper-change
accident for the first
time in awhile.
i’d gotten a little arrogant
over the past month or so
and this time i wasn’t quite ready
with another diaper underneath her.
i paid the price.
she peed all over everything.
and [...]
i went to bed
late again.
so thursday started late.
the morning was quiet,
but we ended up
in the burbank to have
lunch with
liz’s
coworkers,
gloria and gabrielle.
the lady behind the counter
pointed at
liz’s
rings and told
me they looked
good on me.
i didn’t know how to respond.
said,
“they’re not mine, they’re my wife’s rings.”
(this needs an explanation)
