we each got
a new passport stamp.
that alone would
have been enough
to get me out
of the singapore airport,
but we had the added
bonus of hanging
out with one of
my favorite people
in the whole
wide world.

11:00 am is when i
finished packing.
we had to leave for the
airport 1 minute later.
but before we
left, i made some
time to get a
few photos

before saying goodbye
to our life as we’ve
known it.

it’s thursday.
today, i work my
last day at
my current job,
and on friday, i’ll
wake up in
a place i
haven’t been in over
seven years…
on monday we’ll
be on a really,
really long flight,
and by tuesday,
we’ll wake up in
a foreign country.
but i’m getting
a little ahead of myself…
