just listened to the radio show…now THAT was the kind of coverage i’ve been waiting for! Loved that your personality came through on the show, it’s really what makes you so inspiring so it’s nice to get to actually hear you in addition to reading your blog. best wishes for the conference.

You did a great job on the radio show. I’m glad to hear that you are saying no to some things to help yourself deal with your own grief. I hope the conference goes well. I think you should defy your directions and add some info about a humor in your talk at the conferemce. By the way, I LOVED the comment about an army of women… “who have an unhealthy obsession with my writing.” SO TRUE. I laughed out loud.

I love the creepy guy from the “Rings” at the top of the “Healing the Grieving Heart Page”, kinda disturbing, very distracting while I listened! They might wanna think about changing that…

Matt, I have followed your blog but have never commented. I guess I am a stalker I also looked for the People article but could never find the magazine, so it was good to read it. It is a wonderful article. I think you are doing a wonderful job with your beautiful daughter. My husband is a wonderful father, but I have to wonder what he would have done in your situation.

Matt, I have followed your story since it appeared in the Star Tribune after Liz’s death. You and Maddie have a beautiful life! As a former single parent I wish I would have had the courage and strength to pave the path you have paved for your daughter. I look at your daughter’s smile and I see the love, beauty and spark for life that you and Liz have in photo’s together.. I will continue to follow your life, it inspires me!
